Pelago in Paris – An electric new era

Join us as we launch Pelago e-bikes in Paris and celebrate the anniversary of Les Vélos Parisiens— a trusted shop and service that has served Parisian cyclists across three decades.

This October, something special is happening in Paris. Our long-time friends Les Vélos Parisiens have been shaping the cycling culture for almost three decades — and we’re joining the party by bringing our new Pelago e-bikes to the city for the very first time.

From October 16–18, the shop will open its doors for three days of festivities, test rides and good company— a birthday party that also marks the Paris launch of Pelago Wellamo, Lovisa and Olari e-bikes.

Les Vélos Parisiens – A Parisian Cycling Institution

Since 1997, Les Vélos Parisiens have been part of the city’s cycling story. Their shop in the 6ᵉ arrondissement has long been more than just a place to buy a bike — it’s a hub of expertise, trusted advice and a true love for cycling.

During these years also the city of Paris has undergone a striking shift in cycling culture, with major bike-infrastructure upgrades getting more and more Parisians on their bikes – and the transformation of Paris into a people-friendly, “15-minute city” is still underway.

Meet The Wellamo: Classic Design, Modern Assist

The Pelago e-bike range introduces three lightweight models. One of them, the Wellamo X30, is a step-through city bike with a comfortable upright position and just the right touch of modern tech.

Equipped with a Mahle motor and integrated battery, the Wellamo makes daily rides smooth and easy — whether you’re commuting, running errands or enjoying a leisurely ride. Don’t sweat making the most of the 15-minute city, just do it faster or ride further with ease.
