Pelago Online store has multiple payment methods available. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal and Klarna Payments (in Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden).

PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution. For reclamations, please contact the website you made your payment to.

NETBANKS

Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.

KLARNA PAYMENTS

Paying with Klarna makes shopping safe and easy. The different methods of Klarna Payments vary between countries. Find your at the checkout.

Klarna Payments are available in Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Late payments attract a reminder fee which is added to your invoice, along with late payment interest. Please see full terms of payment from Klarna’s website.

A credit check may be performed when you choose Klarna as a payment solution. If a credit check is performed you will be informed by letter or e-mail.

HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Klarna uses personal data to carry out customer analysis, for personal identification, credit assessment and marketing. Your personal identity number is also your customer number at Klarna.

KLARNA ACCOUNT

The flexible way of shopping on the internet. With Klarna you decide every month how much you want to pay. You always get your goods delivered before you have to pay them and all of your purchases will be combined on one monthly bill. This applies to all online stores where you shop with Klarna Account. 

– Always get the goods before you pay.
– You don’t have to provide a credit card number or bank account number.
– All of your purchases are collected on one monthly bill.
– Shop now – pay at the end of the following month.
– You can also at any time settle the total amount and terminate Account.

The invoice amount is due upon receipt of invoice. Klarna checks and rates your data specifications and exchanges the data with other companies or credit reporting agencies due to legitimate interest and occasion. If the credit rating of a customer cannot be guaranteed, Klarna may then refuse the option Account but must refer to alternative payment options.

Your personal information will be treated in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third parties for advertising purposes. Klarna uses your personal data in the context of the services offered to perform a credit and identity verification as well as for internal analysis. PAYPAL

BUYER PROTECTION

If an eligible item that you’ve bought online doesn’t arrive, or doesn’t match the seller’s description, PayPal’s Buyer Protection may reimburse you for the full amount of the item plus postage. Buyer Protection can cover your eligible online purchases, on eBay or on any other website, when you use PayPal. Conditions apply.

BIKE BENEFIT (in Finland)

If your employer offers bike benefit you can make a bike benefit order via Pelago Webshop. Just choose the bike and accessories you want and add them to the cart. Once you are at the checkout fill in your contact details and choose the shipping method you wish for your bike (home delivery (unassembled), Matkahuolto Bussipaketti (unassembled), Click & Collect (assembled), Store pickup (assembled)). Finally choose Bike Benefit as your payment method and fill in your employer’s bike benefit service provider. Payment is dealt between Pelago and the bike benefit service provider. The order is now ready and Pelago Staff will contact you shortly about any service or other needs you might have before we ship the bike.
