Order your Pelago bicycle online and pick it up assembled from your local bike shop! No tools or time for assembly needed from you! Normal return policy applies to Click & Collect orders.

Follow these steps:

  1. When buying a bike online, fill in your address and zip code at the checkout
  2. If there is a Click & Collect partner in your area, it will pop up as a shipping method
  3. Pay your order with bank transfer, credit card, Klarna or Paypal
  4. The local Pelago Partner will contact you when the bike is ready to be picked up

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I order with Click & Collect?
You can order Pelago bikes with Click & Collect. If you order bike accessories with your bike, those will be assembled and attached to the bike. If you don’t want the accessories to be assembled, please let us know in the order comments. Any other products (merino, bags etc.) will be delivered with the bike. Orders with pre-order products in them will be shipped in one delivery once the whole order is ready to be shipped.

How long is the delivery time?
Our in stock bikes take about 3-6 working days to be delivered to our Click & Collect partners inside the EU. Then it usually takes less than 5 working days for the bike to be assembled by the partner. This may vary especially during high season.

How do I know when the bike is ready to be collected?
Our Click & Collect partner will inform you via email/text/phone call. If you have questions or concerns about the delivery time after you have made your order, please contact your chosen Pelago Click & Collect partner. Please collect your bike as soon as it is ready to ride as it wants to be ridden.

How do I cancel/return my order?
In case you want to cancel or return your Click & Collect order, please contact Pelago Webshop customer service.
